General Statement
London House School of English Ltd as a British Council Accredited provider is committed to providing the highest levels of service in all that we do.
To these ends London House School of English will
ensure all staff, teachers, group leaders and contractors have appropriate qualifications and are fully checked for suitability to work with students under 18 years of age, in accordance with the law and accreditation criteria.
ensure a safe and supportive environment for all students, staff, agents and group leaders.
have appropriate policies and procedures in place and conduct risk assessments for all activities and services that we provide.
ensure that all buildings and equipment that we use are maintained, checked and certified in accordance with the law.
ensure all host families and host family accommodation is of a safe standard, including DBS checks on all key adults, fire safety including smoke alarms and risk assessments.
London House will ensure all staff, directors, teachers, host families, volunteers and activity/service providers working for / or with the school, recognise and uphold these responsibilities, fulfilling all legal and moral obligations.
