
Staff Recruitment, training & monitoring
Before employment all staff are interviewed by the school.
We will check:
all references and experience
identification and qualifications
suitability to work with children under 18 (DBS police checks)
Training: All staff must attend an induction. This includes:
child protection
safeguarding
first aid training
working with students
trips and activities
Monitoring: all staff are regularly monitored through:
observations by senior staff
feedback from group leaders
feedback from the students
