Staff Recruitment, training & monitoring

Before employment all staff are interviewed by the school.

We will check:

• all references and experience

• identification and qualifications

• suitability to work with children under 18 (DBS police checks)

Training: All staff must attend an induction. This includes:

• child protection

• safeguarding

• first aid training

• working with students

• trips and activities

Monitoring: all staff are regularly monitored through:​

• observations by senior staff

• feedback from group leaders

• feedback from the students
